We need a Video Editor who delivers fast, precise, and high-retention content. If you can’t maintain quality under pressure or require constant supervision, skip this role. We are looking for someone who can execute clean edits, follow brand guidelines, and produce platform-ready videos without delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos with strict turnaround times.

• Apply clean transitions, text animations, and motion elements as required.

• Cut raw footage into tight, engaging content focused on retention.

• Optimize videos for Meta, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Perform audio syncing, noise cleaning, and consistent color grading.

• Maintain an organized workflow and structured project files.

• Create multiple versions per brief when needed.

• Meet deadlines without exception.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional Video Editor.

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (non-negotiable).

• Clear understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling.

• Ability to follow brand guidelines accurately.

• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual clarity.

• Experience editing ads, reels, shorts, and promotional videos.

• Comfortable taking direct, blunt feedback and implementing it fast.

• Stable workstation and internet for smooth file handling.

• Strong project and file management discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics experience.

• Basic sound design and audio cleanup skills.

• Color grading proficiency.

• Understanding of marketing-driven video structures.

• Thumbnail or basic graphic design ability (bonus).
