Online Signature Terms and Conditions

In accordance with applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) (where applicable), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

  • You are intentionally adopting an electronic form of signature to indicate your consent and agreement to the relevant document, form, or terms.

2. Consent to Do Business Electronically

By using the Website and providing your signature electronically, you consent to:

  • Conduct transactions electronically;

  • Receive communications, notices, and disclosures electronically;

  • Sign documents using electronic means.

If you prefer not to conduct business electronically, do not use the Website or services requiring such consent.
